Reporting to Director, Finance and Accounting, the Global Payroll & Benefits Manager oversees the company’s domestic and international payroll operations and US benefits administration. The scope of work is global and includes payrolls for multiple legal entities across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global payroll processes and oversight of payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, required country reporting, & payroll tax filing.
• Ensure operations are performed in compliance with company policies, country, state/province, and local laws
• Identify and assist on the requirements for new jurisdictions and/or country payrolls with legal and in-country payroll processor guidance and implement payrolls for new entities as needed.
• Support reconciliation and approval of all payroll operational steps and funding in partnership with internal teams in HR and Finance.
• Partner with Finance team on compensation reporting, expense management, and other financial reconciliation efforts
• Assist team in employee queries or escalations to resolve issues through HR help desk system 
• Work with internal and external audit teams on quarterly and annual payroll audits
• In collaboration with the People team, administer benefit plans such as pension schemes and health insurance in select countries 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of applied experience in payroll operations including experience in international payroll processing and compliance
• Deep experience with payroll systems is required. Experience with UKG and global payroll aggregators is highly valued.
