The Head of Creative leads the people, processes, and partners that drive BLAST’s creative output. They manage and develop our in-house team (currently 10 creatives), freelancers, and agency collaborators, setting clear goals, running performance and development cycles, and ensuring the team is equipped to handle multiple projects at pace.
This role serves as the bridge between the Creative team and the wider business, working closely with a wide range of internal department leaders, including Executive Producers and Product managers, Commercial, Audience and Production.
They are responsible for keep stakeholders aligned, resolving issues early, and working closely with product and shared services to maintain smooth workflows. A key part of the job is defining and maintaining the operational blueprint for how creative services interact across the company.
This role oversees resource planning by mapping capacity needs, allocating talent effectively, and building a scalable roster of external partners. While not responsible for hands-on quality control, they’re accountable for the standards, culture, and conditions that enable industry-leading creative delivery.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
