Your Fairway
Design Strategy and Leadership: Shape and oversee a cohesive design vision that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a international design team, ensuring effective collaboration and growth
Project Oversight: Manage and deliver high-quality design projects, balancing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Campaign Concepts: Develop and execute creative campaign concepts that effectively convey the brand’s message and goals
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including close collaboration with the CEO, to align design with strategic goals
Innovation and Trends: Continuously evolve design practices by adopting cutting-edge tools and staying ahead of industry trends
Your Scorecard
Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Head of Design.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
Expertise in design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
