We are looking for someone who will:

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Has proven experience in industry or a similar role.
• Has an analytical mindset and is able to create, improve and adapt processes in order to suit the business.
• Has the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders including C-suite for effective decision-making.
• Is fluent in English.
• Has the ability to work and manage a culturally diverse team and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Report to the Gaming General Manager to identify and understand performance drivers and articulate to senior stakeholders.
• Manage a growing team of Gaming Operations executives, responsible for the content release and overall technical quality of all regional Gaming sites & apps.
• Ensure they have the correct skills, tools and processes to manage and optimize performance and be able to scale the team up in a sensible manner when the need arises.
• A senior member of the Gaming Leadership Team, understanding customer needs and delivering a Gaming strategy against them.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize local offerings and the way in which these are delivered.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in online gaming.
