Key Responsibilities

The Hospitality Host is a key member of the club house team with the following key responsibilities:

• To provide excellent hospitality to all guests
• Maintain a positive customer focused service and attitude. 
• Develop product knowledge to offer a truly memorial guest experience through a professional, friendly and courteous service.  
• Engage with all guests as a hospitality host including a professional and friendly meet and greet when entering the club house.
• Be an active member of our events team 
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service whilst maintain the GetGolfing Ethos at all times.
• Carry out daily clubhouse operations processing customer orders and event service, 
• Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets. 
• Enjoy working within the club house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members and visitors.

• Genuine desire to deliver amazing hospitality and passionate towards making people happy.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and take own initiative.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
• Available to work a rotation of peak shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Someone with a Can-do attitude.

Familiarisation & Onboarding 

• Visit relevant local Get Golfing venues to learn Get Golfing ethos 
• On job work buddy during first two weeks in each department (FOH, Kitchen, Events)
• Welcome lunch with site managers and GM.
