The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to management and staff, aligning HR strategies and initiatives with the organization’s overall business goals. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and manage change effectively.
Partner with Function Area Leaders to understand the service levels, deliverables and people-related needs within their area.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Collaborate with leaders on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Identify and address skills gaps and training needs.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Implement and manage initiatives that promote a healthy organizational culture.
Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to management and employees.
Facilitate effective communication and manage resistance to change.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies related to HR issues.
Use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to leadership.
Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Drive engagement in and compliance with HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders on HR-related issues and leadership development.
Promote best practices in people management and organizational development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, preferably Paycom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic work environment.
Office-based with occasional travel to other company locations or for business needs.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours if needed.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
