THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a People Business Partner Manager - LATAM in São Paulo. 

In this role, you will work collaboratively to support our teams in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. The ideal candidate should have deep business acumen, curiosity, and ability to effectively engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels. You will need to guide big-picture strategy needs, while also running the more tactical organization and people needs.

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will support the development and execution of all HR initiatives and projects, including talent and compensation reviews, performance management, organization design, and workforce planning.
  • Organizing and guiding processes for implementing HR initiatives globally is critical. 
  • Establish and lead ongoing positive relationships with key client and partner teams.
  • Support with team events, including the planning process and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with other People BPs providing local support on specific matters.
  • Operate with an ownership mindset, making decisions with a long-term perspective and helping build a global and sustainable company.
  • Work cross-collaboratively with HR Operations, Payroll, and IT on new hires, dismissals, and job changes.
  • Support our Facilities team as needed with in-person office management, room maintenance, new hire kits, office changes, etc.
  • Provide effective and thoughtful feedback to build management and leadership capabilities.
  • Support and coach managers to address and resolve a wide variety of Employee Relations challenges and performance issues.
  • Provide oversight of recruitment strategy for all global functions in an aggressively growing global organization.
  • Diagnose problems with critical thinking skills and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are an experienced HR professional.
  • You are a very analytical person and you have a deep understanding of business finances.
  • You can influence leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • You can work with ambiguity.
  • You have the maturity to influence and commit when things don’t go as you expect.
  • You can be effective and influential in a matrixed management environment.
  • You have experience in a global, highly dynamic, fast-growing environment, and are capable of delivering quick results.
  • You have an advanced ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Postgraduate HR Certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
