Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Reporting to the Influencer Content Manager, this position requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
As an Influencer Content Associate at Voodoo, you will play a key role in building and managing a network of influencers, creators, and actors to produce high-quality video ads for our mobile games at scale. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying high-potential creators across social media platforms.
Engaging and contracting creators, ensuring all agreements are properly formalized.
Developing creative briefs that align with the products you will serve and overseeing the execution of those briefs by your creators.
Assisting creators/actors with video production when necessary to ensure the quality and vision are met.
Handling video editing of created content to refine the produced videos.
Tracking and analyzing content performance, while building a CRM database of creators for future collaborations.
Reporting on production outputs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams to align influencer-produced content with product-specific needs and objectives.
Staying up-to-date with social media trends and competitor strategies to continuously discover and implement top-performing concepts.
Becoming an expert in User-Generated Content (UGC), ensuring your work stays relevant and innovative in a competitive landscape.

Profile
Role only open for 6 month internship with prior experienced on at least one long internship (6 month minimum)
Preferred experience working with influencers or creators, with performance marketing understanding.
Experience in mobile gaming industry is a plus.
Data-driven and possess a structured, analytical mindset.
Creative and passionate about social media and driving user engagement.
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required (fluency in French is a plus).
