As a new member, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to users, maintaining IT hardware and software, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment. Daily responsibilities 

• Supporting and choosing the newest technologies within the organization.
• Researching new solutions that will improve our everyday work in the office.
• Being a crucial part of purchasing and decision making processes.
• Managing IT Assets (SW/HW).
• Preparing periodic SW/HW checks on a global scale.
• Preparing software and hardware utilization reports
• Contacting IT vendors in scope of purchases, invoicing, or other business needs.
• Preparing in depth analysis and reports related to IT assets (SW/HW).
• Preparing instructions for End Users as well as for internal IT department purposes.
• Taking care of the order of the workplace and IT Warehouse, including replenishing IT equipment.
• Providing support to End Users through all available channels to ensure the highest level of service quality.
