Let's start with the role

You will join our expanding  FP&A team working in a supportive environment that fosters collaboration, agility and personal development. The role will include assisting in management reporting, analyzing key business drivers, managing data, and supporting various tasks within the FP&A team, including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. 

As a FP&A Analyst you will:
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks that include data extraction and validation to ensure its accuracy.
  • Use data management systems to retrieve and evaluate specific information. Collect, extract and combine financial data and conduct standardized analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling and latest estimates, coordinating all involved teams. 
  • Maintain data in the financial models & tools.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process and management reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and assist with variance analysis, identifying and explaining variances.
  • Handle other ad hoc duties.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A postgraduate degree or an MBA will be highly appreciated.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, financial accounting or other finance related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills developed through finance education, coupled with a solid understanding of reporting process structure and systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written.
  • Computer literate and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: writing macros, analyzing with pivot tables, graphs and charts.
  • Experience with ERP systems and planning Tools 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
