How we work

Work in fast-growing company (growth of user base during 2023 more than 10X times)
Fast time to market (usually one release per week)
Test coverage for codebase 87%
Cloud infrastructure in AWS
Production monitoring and alert systems
Code review process
Performance tests
CI-CD

What you will do

Manage the backend team (currently 3 developers)
Building and supporting the processes in the team
Motivation, development, and performance management of the developers in the team
Be responsible for quality, deadlines, and planning

We expect that you have

At least 2 years of professional work experience in a similar position
Experience in working with popular Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI)
Working experience with PostgreSQL (or other RDBMS)
Experience with a message broker like RabbitMQ
Experience with CI/CD, Monitoring
Ownership of projects from concept to release
English level B2+

Beneficial skills

Understanding of cloud technologies, proficiency in AWS
Preferably, a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Highly interested in a fast-paced software development environment
Passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
Passionate about Health & Fitness
