What We are looking for 

As a Loyalty CRM Specialist in Novibet, you will be responsible for negotiating, planning, executing, and optimizing Loyalty systems-related initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing and Data teams to ensure our players always have engaging products, missions and interactions available to boost the loyalty program impact on player retention.

What you will work on

  • Participate on negotiation deals regarding Loyalty products, facilitating the commercial team job and understanding technical and implementation feasibility.
  • Keep track of product inventories and currency float, adjusting product pricing and availability accordingly.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends and SKU performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, optimizing product effectiveness. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) to drive engagement and recurrency for Loyalty users.
  • Develop Loyalty CRM roadmaps including market opportunities, new/finishing product available, promotions and other relevant activities.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content for CRM and outbound campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and manage personalized customer journeys tailored to the Loyalty user, ensuring targeted communications at each stage of his lifecycle using CRM tools like Optimove. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies and iterate based on results.
  • Regularly review and analyze CRM activities, generate regular reports and making actionable recommendations to improve ROI and customer experiences.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in CRM campaign management for a Loyalty system.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas for CRM campaigns that can capture the attention of the target audience. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for campaign execution, automation, and analysis like Optimove. 
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics teams. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
