As our Manager of Workplace Product, Core Tools you will:

• Act as a visionary leader to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workplace collaboration and communication tools (e.g., messaging platforms, video conferencing, intranet, knowledge management systems).
• Align product initiatives with company goals, employee needs, and the broader digital workplace strategy.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to evolve and strengthen our workplace ecosystem
• Own a product domain that spans the end-to-end employee experience from how employees engage with tools in physical spaces to how they connect and collaborate digitally.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders through strong leadership and “soft power,” ensuring the product vision is clearly understood and broadly adopted.
• Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, using a data-driven approach to measure success and inform decisions.
