We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of Product Operations to drive efficiency, implement actionable insights, and ensure our product teams have the tools and processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and play a key role in shaping how our products come to life. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of product operations professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop and implement operational processes that streamline workflows, optimize productivity, and scale across our product portfolio.
• Manage and optimize our product toolstack, including Aha!, Pendo, Dovetail, Jira, and Power BI, ensuring teams get maximum value.
• Build data collection and reporting systems that provide actionable insights, track key metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Product Marketing and other teams to support successful product launches, including go-to-market coordination and performance tracking.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer across all products, ensuring research and feedback inform product decisions.
• Drive change management initiatives, including training, playbooks, and process adoption, to empower product teams.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify processes, enhance analytics, and boost team productivity.
• Travel up to 25% for team or cross-functional collaboration.
