The NFL is hiring a Manager, Replay Training and Development. This candidate is responsible for collaborating with the VP of Replay, Position Coordinator Coaches, Replay Trainers, and others to ensure consistency of communication to Replay Officials, Replay Assistants, Officiating staff and NFL clubs. This also includes developing and implementing pipeline programming to identify potential NFL Replay Officials as well as educational and developmental tools for the MDP program. Additionally, the Manager will provide specialized training to Replay Officials and Replay Assistants based on areas of need.
The Manager will also assist with the coordination and content of officiating clinics; recruit, train and develop candidates for the pipeline, and create training materials to provide to Replay Officials based on NFL rules and mechanics.

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. In addition, this role will require significant time working on nights and weekends during the football season. This position will be based full-time in New York City with requirements to be in the office on a daily basis.

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
