The primary focus of this role is driving the acquisition of BRS Premier and GolfNow - our golf club management software and distribution platform. As a Market Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market share through new business generation, positioning our technology and services as the leading choice in the industry.

This is a front-line, hunter sales role suited to someone who thrives on momentum, persuasion, and consistently outperforming targets. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers, building a high-quality pipeline, and delivering sustained club acquisitions across your region.

Success in this role requires targeted prospecting, strong commercial judgment, data-led decision-making, and the tenacity to move opportunities from first conversation through to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive BRS Premier and GolfNow sales to grow market share across the region.
  • Own and deliver your regional acquisition strategy, securing new club partnerships and contributing to long-term growth.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and pain points, translating these into compelling, persuasive pitches.
  • Build advanced product and competitor knowledge to position BRS and GolfNow as the preferred technology partner through a structured, end-to-end sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong industry network, engaging decision-makers through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and existing relationships.
  • Leverage CRM data, insights, and tools to prioritise opportunities and optimise sales strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating accountability, resilience, and a high-performance mindset.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, including accurate Salesforce updates, territory planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring commitments are met and enabling a smooth transition to account management for long-term retention.
  • Represent the business as a brand ambassador at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to build pipeline and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to contribute to a high-performance sales culture, consistently demonstrating core values and professional behaviours.
