About the Work

  • Ideate, evolve and execute exciting and innovative programs that set theScore Bet & ESPN Bet apart from the competition in the marketplace and build brand equity
  • Brainstorming and conceptualization of immersive activations that tie strongly to performance metrics
  • Support the development of the activation strategy and evaluate new partnership/activation opportunities
  • Lead the planning and execution of all assigned partners' contractual elements, including traditional media assets, in-market promotions, in-venue activation, hospitality, and experiential
  • Manage the activation roadmap ensuring that it has alignment from internal stakeholders, is on time and on budget
  • Analyze data to monitor initiative results and uncover areas for improvement to further drive positive ROI
  • Foster strong relationships with our multiple  partners, agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure responsible gaming principles and regulatory compliance are engrained throughout all programs and activation opportunities
  • Lead and manage team of specialists
  • Other duties as required

About You

  • 3-5 years working in an experiential creative, marketing, or partnerships. Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Significant experience creating and managing event plans, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution for small and large events, both owned and 3rd party is highly preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity, paired with an affinity and aptitude for creative problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Experience or passion for sports and sports betting valued
  • People management experience
  • Understanding of the competitive marketing landscape in sports betting, ability to assess where initiatives work, where they don’t, and where they can be improved

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $75,000 - $90,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
