The Role: Marketing Project/Production Manager

Location: Remote


About this role: 

As the Project/Production Manager on the MarCom (Marketing & Communications) team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting project timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing projects. You will use your stellar organizational skills to drive meaningful outcomes and will track and report on the MarCom team's impact. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and foster teamwork, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for MarCom project intake requests from various channels across the company (working particularly closely with post-sales, customer support, sales, and product teams) and making sure all project requests adhere to team guidelines
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all marketing deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet predetermined objectives 
  • Track project timelines and milestones and drive projects and initiatives forward by coordinating with key stakeholders and MarCom teammates to ensure successful, timely delivery via Asana, Slack, and other tools
  • Submit translation requests through our translation partner (Smartling) and create and track new Asana projects as needed
  • Assign project work as needed to teammates based on bandwidth, skillset, and interest areas, check on the status of projects, and ensure everyone has the information they need to complete the work on time
  • Run weekly and ad hoc project management check-ins to ensure projects and strategic initiatives are on track for timely delivery
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of marketing projects across the organization, and provide regular updates to team and organizational leaders
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and generate insights for future projects
  • Source external vendors as needed for printing, merch orders, deliveries, and technology tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to adapt strategies and keep campaigns relevant and effective.
  • Provide presentations and best practices to cross-functional teammates about how to collaborate most effectively with MarCom
  • Track analytics data through Asana, Brandfolder, and other platforms as needed
  • Make minor design and copy edits in Adobe Suite/Figma, etc.
  • Help to support key MarCom initiatives such as Back to School and a variety of yearly events/conferences
  • Propose innovative ideas to help streamline team workflow and process to help support scaling efforts

What Excites Us:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution 
  • 5-6 years of experience in healthcare or marketing teams 
  • High level of detail, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Experience in a project management role, on a marketing team, or otherwise
  • Experience in K-12 education or health tech is a plus
  • Experience maintaining vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics 
  • Familiarity with Asana and/or other project management tracking tools 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Previous roles in marketing coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing is a plus

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, a management bonus, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Peruse our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
