Job Responsibilities : As an MarTech & Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth by leveraging AI, marketing technology, automation, and data analytics to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.

This role combines business strategy with technical expertise to identify opportunities where AI can automate manual processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, and Product teams to ensure AI investments accelerate revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

The MarTech & Commercial Analytics Specialist will play a key role in evaluating emerging AI technologies, leading experimentation, ensuring data governance, and embedding AI into day-to-day business operations.

This position requires a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.

Responsibilities AI Commercial Transformation: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve revenue, marketing efficiency, customer experience, and operational productivity.

Revenue & Growth Analytics: Analyze customer, marketing, and ecommerce data to identify growth opportunities, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support commercial decision-making.

Experimentation & Optimization: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and optimization initiatives to improve conversion, customer engagement, and marketing performance.

Marketing Technology: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology platforms to improve campaign execution, personalization, automation, and customer lifecycle management.

AI Automation: Identify repetitive business processes suitable for AI and automation, reducing manual effort while increasing speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Predictive Analytics: Develop forecasting models for demand, customer behavior, campaign performance, and revenue planning to support proactive business decisions.

Reporting & Business Insights: Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting using AI-assisted analytics, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.

Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and integrity of commercial and marketing data.

Technology Evaluation: Stay informed on emerging AI, marketing technology, and analytics capabilities, recommending solutions that create measurable business value.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.

Training & Adoption: Drive adoption of AI and marketing technology by training business users and promoting best practices across the organization.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, MarTech, AI, commercial analytics, or digital transformation.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.

Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and personalization technologies.

Familiarity with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, AI agents, workflow automation, and machine learning applications.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into technology-driven solutions.

Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
