The Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Novibet Brazil’s media strategy across traditional (ATL) and off-media channels. This role is highly operational, cross-functional, and collaborative, acting as a key interface between local agencies, internal teams, and Global HQ.

What you will work on

Media Planning & Execution

• Support the execution of the monthly and quarterly media plans across ATL (TV, CTV, OOH,

radio)

• Coordinate campaign setups, timelines, and deliveries with media agencies and partners.

• Ensure media plans are executed according to approved budget envelopes, KPIs, and

timelines.

• Assist with the rollout of quarterly media commitments and tactical optimizations.

Media Operations & Performance

• Track campaign delivery, pacing, and performance across channels.

• Consolidate media results, reports, and post-campaign analyses.

• Support optimization discussions with agencies based on performance insights.

• Maintain organized media documentation (plans, proposals, contracts, reports).

Agency & Partner Management

• Act as a day-to-day contact for media agencies and selected partners.

• Collect proposals, ensure alignment with briefs, and support internal evaluations.

• Coordinate material deadlines, approvals, and trafficking with agencies and internal

stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration & HQ Interface

• Work closely with the Marketing Media & Comms Manager to ensure alignment between local

execution and global strategy.

• Support communication with Global HQ, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery of

media-related information and reports.

• Participate in alignment meetings and preparation of materials for HQ and senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in media coordination, media planning, or media operations.

• Solid understanding of traditional media (especially TV) and off-media initiatives.

• Experience working with media agencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret media KPIs and reports.

• Advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory for daily interaction with Global HQ.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Nice to have (PLUSES)

• Genuine interest in sports and live events, especially football.

• Previous experience in regional or global matrix organizations.

• Familiarity with performance-oriented environments and fast decision cycles.
