What We are looking for

The Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Novibet Brazil’s media strategy across traditional (ATL) and off-media channels.

What you will work on

• Support execution of monthly and quarterly ATL media plans (TV, CTV, OOH, radio) within approved budgets, KPIs, and timelines
• Coordinate campaign setups, timelines, materials, and deliveries with media agencies and partners
• Track campaign delivery, pacing, and performance across channels
• Consolidate media results, reports, and post-campaign analyses
• Support tactical optimizations and performance-based discussions with agencies
• Act as day-to-day contact for agencies, collecting proposals and coordinating approvals and trafficking
• Collaborate with Marketing Media & Comms Manager and Global HQ to ensure alignment, reporting, and stakeholder readiness

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in media coordination, media planning, or media operations.

• Solid understanding of traditional media (especially TV) and off-media initiatives.

• Experience working with media agencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret media KPIs and reports.

• Advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory for daily interaction with Global HQ.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
