As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be the architect of smooth processes and the translator of complex workflows into simple, intuitive systems. You’ll be part of a brand-new Ops team built to enable the whole of RCS, giving our artists, producers, and storytellers the tools, clarity, and systems they need to focus on what they do best: creating the epic content that powers our franchises.

Key Responsibilities

• Help design and scale processes that bring order without killing creativity.
• Support resource planning, intake, and workflow optimization across multiple craft and production teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing smarter, simpler solutions.
• Act as the go-to problem solver for “why does this workflow feel broken?” and “how do we make this easier?”
• Make Jira not just usable, but lovable — building workflows, forms, and dashboards that feel intuitive and just work.
• Translate “Ops-speak” into language that busy creatives, producers, and stakeholders can actually follow.
