Get Golfing CIO is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Caterer to join our dynamic team at Ansty Golf Club. As a Caterer, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food services for events and functions, alongside our daily casual dining trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menus that meet the specific needs of our customers.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with our management team to understand the catering requirements.
• Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock control and delivery procedures

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous catering experience in a cafe/restaurant environment.
• Passion for food.
• Ability to work well alone and as part of team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Food hygiene level 2 certificate
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
