The Role
We’re hiring a Payer & Channel Alliances Lead to spearhead our partnerships and strategy with insurers, brokers, TPAs, platforms, and other strategic allies globally. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of commercial growth and ecosystem expansion.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, structuring, and scaling meaningful partnerships that drive both distribution and revenue. You’ll work closely with internal teams to bring these partnerships to life, from strategy to hands-on execution.
This is a role with strong leadership potential and a clear growth path into a senior regional or global position.
What You'll Do
- Lead our payer and channel partnerships strategy, including insurers, brokers, TPAs, and key ecosystem players on a local, regional, and to an extent global level
- Source and evaluate potential partners across markets, prioritising high-impact alliances for growth and scale
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements and proposals that expand Intellect’s distribution and product offering
- Drive end-to-end partnership execution, from onboarding and GTM planning to activation and long-term management
- Develop and manage broker and insurer relationships, ensuring ongoing alignment, pipeline development, and success metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, operations, and marketing teams to maximise partner value
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, iterating strategies based on results and market dynamics
- Stay ahead of market and payer trends, ensuring Intellect’s positioning remains competitive and differentiated
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in the broader healthcare and payer space, involving but not limited to consulting, strategic partnerships, business development, or payer/broker engagement
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling partnerships with insurers, brokers, TPAs, or benefits platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and sharp execution skills
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, ideally across APAC and/or global markets
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments
