<div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">As a Payment & Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all payment & risk management operations.

You will oversee key subjects such as KYC, account verifications and resets, and account activity monitoring and policy enforcement.

This role requires close collaboration with our legal team, customer service agents, platform engineering team, payment processing partners, and KYC service providers.</span></div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br><li>Conduct compliance assessments to identify regulatory, policy, and operational risks associated with the marketplace, evaluate their criticality, and recommend an action plan to mitigate such risks.

These actions may be specific or general in nature.</li><li>Conduct evaluations of new products from a compliance perspective.&nbsp; Monitor and assess the regulatory and policy development and changes of the industry such as gaming, crypto, marketplaces, and digital products.&nbsp; .</li><li>Improve the payment operations by sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and managing the service providers, and adding more payment features to the marketplace.</li><li>Improve user experiences for the KYC, and optimize the conversion, ensuring compliance standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Record and document all required procedures and policies.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the legal, product, and engineering teams to achieve objectives.</li></br><b>Requirements</b></br><li>Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a B2C environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive user information.</li><li>KYC experience&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with legal regulations, particularly in the crypto industry, is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Self-motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to compliance management.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Full-time availability with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.</li></br><div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Join us in shaping the future of web3 gaming and ensuring a safe and compliant experience for our users.
