The Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time. This hire is an important role for us to maintain our continually growing number of member orders. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver an uncommonly seamless pharmacy experience for members.
We are located in Grand Prairie, TX. This hire is for a Full-time role. Pharmacy Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
What You'll Do:Process prescription and OTC medication orders. This includes picking orders, packing them for shipment, and ensuring an organized working environmentTroubleshoot order and shipping issues in partnership with the pharmacist, operations, and care teamsWork side by side with a pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicationWork with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and moreFind creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patientsReceive medication and packaging deliveries and be able to lift up to 15- 20 lbs boxesWhat You'll Bring to the Team:High School Diploma or equivalentRegistered as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of TexasAbility to work 40 hours per weekUnrivaled empathy and patience when helping patientsAbility to think quickly and work autonomouslyStrong organization skills and attention to detailConnection with the mission of RoRo recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States.
