ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Supervisor of Communications to ensure that operational activities related to company policies and procedures are followed. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following format displayed on screen and enter necessary code to mail merge communications to members and physicians. Organize and monitor client communications to ensure the correct cover letter and lab report are delivered. Read incoming correspondence and gather data for program communications.Review and approve new and updated client communications.Provide communication and follow up to ensure team members are fully informed of all new information related to programs, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.Keep track of received data and outgoing communication source documents.Prepare and sort source documents and identify and interpret data to be entered in a timely manner that complies with SLAs.Contact preparers of source data to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and keeps updated records for supervisor’s review. Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities and completing mandatory training. Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.Who You Are / Job RequirementsEducation: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: 1-2 years of related experienceHealthcare experience is a plus
