Drive RFx processes, market analysis and establish negotiation plans and lead negotiations for indirect procurement categories to achieve cost savings.
Propose opportunities to stakeholders for cost savings for cost reduction by means of alternate sourcing and support stakeholders during the qualification process.
Maintaining the ordering Management System to ensure a smooth-running business (that includes support to the internal customers)
Act as an escalation point for challenges with suppliers and manage the relationships between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Setup and implement supplier management to ensure contract agreements are met and service and performance are as agreed.
Evaluating suppliers and their performance periodically.
Recommend optimization of the supplier portfolio from quantitative and qualitative point of view.
Identify and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organizational development.
Contribute to projects, as required and relevant to own discipline or position.
A bachelor’s degree and around 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
NEVI 1 + 2 is plus.
Experience with procurement of indirect procurement categories is a plus.
Experience working with and developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
Capability to work on multiple purchasing challenges at the same time.
Good understanding of financial analysis, strategic analysis, trained negotiating skills and project management.
Strong analytical, communication, persuasion and negotiating skills both internal and external.
You work well independently.
You have an eye for detail and value accuracy.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Travel might be required in this position.
This role start with the fixed term contract of 18 months.
