About Us



We are looking for a Product Integration Manager to ensure the successful rollout and delivery of product integrations across our client ecosystem. This role focuses on driving predictable integration delivery, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and improving integration processes while translating client and market feedback into actionable product insights.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product, engineering and other cross-functional teams, has strong organisational, management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless product integrations. 

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Ensure high-quality and predictable integration delivery: Support rollout and delivery of key projects and product integrations, monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks or delays. 
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation of new products and features. 
  • Track integration progress, identify bottlenecks and drive resolution. 
  • Optimize and standardize integration processes: optimize workflows between product, engineering and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration. 
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and capturing client and market feedback. 
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.  

 

About You

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in product integration, technical project management, product operations, or a  similar role.
  • Strong organizational, management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of technical integrations, APIs and software platforms.  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
