We offer remote working as part of flexible ways, for this position we offer fully remote but preferably located in Germany - Cologne.

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you will assist our Media Services team in various tasks, and lead EFG's media asset collection, organization, and distribution. You report to the Director of Media Services to help to establish, execute and improve automated processes for our archives.

Requirements

What you need

Specific skills/knowledge:

• You are an active student, legally enrolled at an university;
• You have good written and spoken English;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You are self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to prioritize the workload;
• You feel comfortable working with G Suite & Office tools;

Personal skills:

• You are a team worker;
• You have a Hands-on mentality, great team spirit, and high motivation to work in a fast-paced environment;

• You can keep your calm in challenging situations and take control of it;
• You are willing to learn and adapt to company requirements;

What You'll Do

• You are responsible for the maintenance of ESLs media archive.
• Backoffice responsibilities support on our departments workflows
• You control data streams of ESL media productions.
• You communicate with internal stakeholders and find solutions for missing media deliverables.
