We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our healthcare management efforts, driving strategic alignment with organizational goals and vision while overseeing multiple project execution. This role involves collaborating across functions to ensure seamless coordination, mitigating risks, and fostering relationships with our channel and solution partners and stakeholders to make Oura more accessible to millions of people.

Candidates should have a deep familiarity with the VLSI Program Management techniques, experience in requirements regulatory & legislative requirements to deliver hardware based solutions into healthcare organizations and their supplier networks. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for healthcare program management, aligning with the organization's objectives and long-term vision.
  • Grow a team of program managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of healthcare program management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution. 
  • Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with healthcare projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Work with our Business Line Leader on mapping out healthcare expansion opportunities and driving the projects forwards with accompanying disciplines in the organization
  • Foster strong relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and clients, serving as the main point of contact for program-related matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined processes and tools to optimize program management efficiency.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team, if you have:

  • 5+ years managing Health Technology solution delivery into Healthcare organizations and/or their supplier base with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of the HSA / FSA landscape and the network of entities who support this category.
  • Expertise in healthcare solution program design, including compliance and regulatory process, and experience bringing reimbursable programs to market. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in Healthcare settings.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1:  $152,240 - $173,000

Region 2:  $134,429 - $152,760

Region 3:  $127,354 - $144,720
