As a Project & Campaign Manager at Freeletics, you’ll be a key part of our marketing team, synching and coordinating projects across multiple marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for our editorial planning across the marketing and product teams, as well as driving the successful execution of different campaigns from start to finish. This will require being the bridge between all stakeholders in multiple teams and making sure all our internal processes continue to run smoothly. You’ll also be responsible for planning and coordinating our content productions and photoshoots multiple times a year in collaboration with our creative team.

Your ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate our marketing campaigns, from brief and concept to planning and task management across all stages to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget Efficiently manage and align our content, social media and product projects, ensuring transparency and strong stakeholder alignmentKeep the marketing and product departments aligned and submit marketing requests to the product managersPlan and coordinate content productions and photoshoots with our in-house creatives Lead cohesive editorial content planning across our marketing teams for strong, aligned messagingEnsure stakeholders adhere to marketing processes so tasks are tracked in real-time and communication is smoothYour ProfileA completed degree or relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related fieldAn excellent communicator with proven project management experience in a marketing settingTeamplayer with hands-on mindset and excellent organizational skills capable of managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teamsProficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Asana/Miro/Confluence etc.)Experience in content production is a strong plusFluent English, strong level of German is a plusEstimated Salary range:
