Project Specialist, Commercial Operations
Reporting to Cassandra Sawodny, Director, Commercial Operations, the mission of the Project Specialist, Commercial Operations, is to support the Commercial Operations team with key growth initiatives, as well as developing outlasting relationships with our various internal stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for select centres of excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate Commercial Operations internal or external projects aligned with quarterly strategic goals;
- Develop, document, communicate, measure, and maintain new and existing processes to ensure process scalability, understanding, and success of initiatives across all Go-to-market teams and beyond;
- Support the Go-to-market team with training coordination, creation, and maintenance, ensuring knowledge retention and contributing to Go-to-market ramp up;
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, partnerships, product, service operations, etc.) to represent the voice of our internal and external stakeholders to make their feedback as impactful as possible to influence the evolution of our products and processes;
- Become data-driven in your approach, leveraging insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders;
- Identify, test, and launch new tools to maximize productivity and performance;
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performing environment with a track record of excellence;
- Experience with project management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner;
- Exceptional communication skills spoken and written; bilingual in French & English is an asset;
- Ability to work collaboratively on multiple cross-functional projects with different objectives simultaneously, and excellent organizational skills;
- A solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to think through scenarios logically, always seeking to find outcomes that are mutually rewarding for Dialogue and its stakeholders;
- Solid work ethic and proven time-management and prioritization capacity to deliver results and meet deadlines;
- Experience with adult learning, data analysis tools, and CRMs are assets.
