At Entain Australia and New Zealand, the customer is at the centre of everything we do. We're on the lookout for a Reactivation Officer to join our Outbound sales team.

As an Outbound Sales team member, you will be reactivating existing customers while providing high quality customer service.

To be successful, candidates should show previous experience working within an office environment, customer service role or any outbound or inbound telephone experience is also a bonus. It is also highly favourable if you have a passion for racing/sports and have experience at a high volume inbound/outbound call centre.

This role is located in Wellington, New Zealand. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

We are looking for a candidate who is available to work Tuesday to Saturday during regular business hours.

Your day-to-day

Reactivation of account holders
Informing account holders of upcoming promotions, events, and additional products/services
Answering client enquiries while providing high attention to detail
Providing excellent customer support and a great customer experience
Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer
Inbound customer support duties if required

What you'll bring

Knowledge and passion for Sport & Racing
Product knowledge/app troubleshooting
A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for customer support
Communication/customer experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
Availability between Tuesday – Saturday
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate to all levels within the business are essential
A willingness to learn harnessed with a pro-active personality and a good work ethic are equally vital
