As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for a Refereeing Technology Resources Support (Freelance) that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.These are your key tasks:
Assist in the technical development of new educational material (editing video content, creation of visuals and illustrations, filming of educational material and distribution of teaching materials).On-going support and management of the FIFA RED platform (first tier support for end users, user management and content managementSupport the Refereeing sub-division with the use of the different tools and platforms.On-site and/or remote support at FIFA refereeing events, including FIFA tournaments (set up and calibrate equipment for instant replay and VAR training systems, match analysis recordings and video editing, filming of activities, preparation of presentations and setup and support of online and hybrid meetings).

Love for football and previous experience with refereeingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create displays and videos to send creative, positive messages related to FIFA refereeing activities and philosophyExcellent file management and organization skillsHigh attention to detailA bachelor's degree in film production, video editing, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred. However, practical experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered in place of formal education1-3 years of experience in AV or other technology related projectsExperience with CMS and LMSFluent in English, proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / Arabic) is an assetProficient in Adobe Premiere, good knowledge of other Adobe CS products is an asset (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)Familiarity with video codecs, compression techniques, and file formats is essentialKnowledge of video routing systems, broadcast solutions, and AV IT networkingWillingness to travel up to 90 days per yearReadiness for stand-by duties
