OVERVIEW:

Working within Sportradar’s European Sports Strategic Partnerships team, the Rights & Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s existing important allocated relationships and the acquisition of new as per Portfolio guidelines. The role demands a forward-thinking and commercially focused professional with good relationship building and account management skills as well as a deep level of understanding of coordinating and overseeing complex accounts. It requires the credibility and authority to process, handle and resolve complex issues, dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

***This is a fixed-term one year maternity cover opportunity with a potential to be extended to a full-time role in a future.*** 

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • A unique opportunity to work with top tier accounts; to actively oversee, manage and support relationships with allocated accounts (e.g. HBL, FIH, EHF, BEC, ATP, UEFA, Bundesliga, amongst others).
  • Oversight of the Partner Product Roadmap, working with internal stakeholders/teams to define, track and execute this strategy
  • Ensure workflows and tasks relating to your accounts are actioned in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely together with our sales, administration, technical project/platform, and finance units to identify and extract all relevant information needed to analyze costs and revenues of the respective content and to create and update business plans.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, marketing, sports management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally 1 year in the professional sports industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of financial and commercial literacy with the ability to process and evaluate complex financial information to underpin sound business judgments.
  • Strong organizational, issue resolution, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven with professional discipline and excellent follow-through.
  • Capable of relating to senior executives as well as operational teams, deploying facts, finesse, or force as required.
  • Ability to successfully navigate Sportradar’s matrixed organizational structure while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office products.
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Committed to upholding the highest professional work standards and ethics.
  • Fluency in English and German both written and spoken.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, over-payment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
