Your influential mission. You will... 

• Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases.
• Serve as the primary escalation point, providing consistent risk-based decisions.
• Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards.
• Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
• Analyze emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Payments, Data, and Customer Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, guidance materials, and knowledge resources.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous development programs within Risk.
• Promote a culture of quality, ownership, critical thinking, and customer-focused risk management.
• Produce and analyze risk reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Components for success. You... 

• Are fluent in English.
• Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
• Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
• Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Are a team player with leadership skills.
