The Opportunity:

Your role will involve advising new B2B prospects, identifying their needs through various activities, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and actively expanding our network and lead pipeline. Location: This role is available in a hybrid format, based in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for new B2B customers, offering expert advice and guidance from the outset
• Identify customer needs through inbound and outbound activities, and schedule appointments for sales colleagues
• Build and expand your own lead pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
• Collaborate in qualifying leads generated from various marketing campaigns
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via phone, email, social media, and networking
• Assist in documenting and maintaining our CRM database
• Support the development and optimization of sales strategies
• Participate in industry and networking events to broaden the company's presence

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales or sales development roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
• Natural persuasiveness, strong consulting skills, and authenticity in communication
• Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism
• Enjoyment of knowledge-sharing, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow
• Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
