As our Accountant (all genders) for OneFit, a 100% subsidiary of Urban Sports, you are part of the global finance team, supporting our Dutch accounting operations in Amsterdam or Berlin.

Your responsibilities 

You will be responsible for managing and processing the organization's payments to our partners as well as managing the organization's receivables and ensuring timely and accurate recording of revenue. In more detail, this includes:

• Daily reconciliation of bank statements and bookings
• Accounts payable tasks related to our partners including invoice processing, payment run creation, preparation of open item lists and supplier management
• Accounts receivable tasks including invoice creation, cash collection and application, receivables monitoring and dunning as well as customer management
• Administrative tasks such as the regular work on the accounting inbox

What you need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, especially in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Profound knowledge in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Dutch local GAAP rules
• Excellent skills with software packages (MS Office, GSuite) and the bookkeeping system Exact
• You are accurate and detail oriented – work must be done with utmost care
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to drive projects
• You bring strong organizational skills 
• Take ownership and play in a team
