• We maintain high code quality standards - 87% test coverage, GitHub Actions CI / CD, code review, performance tests, monitoring and alerting systems

• Our primary tech stack includes Python (Django, FastAPI), Postgres, ClickHouse / Snowflake, RabbitMQ, AWS, and Docker

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance proprietary workout-building algorithms

• Collaborate with R&D team to deliver advanced machine learning algorithms to the global audience

• Optimize and scale existing systems to support exponential user growth, ensuring robust performance

We expect that you have

• 5+ years of professional work experience in backend development

• Working experience in working with popular Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI)

• Exceptional software engineering skills

• Ownership of projects from concept to release

• Deep care for the end user

• Fluent English level

Beneficial skills

• Experience with algorithm development and competitive programming

• Basic knowledge of machine learning

• Understanding of cloud technologies, proficiency in AWS

• Preferably, a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• A high interest in working within a fast-paced development environment; experience in startups is a strong plus

• Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement
