We're looking for a senior commercial analyst to own pricing, revenue sizing, and business case development across Sport Alliance's full product portfolio. You'll report to the VP of Growth, Strategy & Operations and work embedded in the GTM organization day-to-day, acting as the analytical backbone for commercial decisions across Sales, Marketing, Product Packaging, and Payments. You'll work in a team that embraces AI and automation as core to how we operate — we're not looking for someone who just runs the numbers, but someone who rethinks how the numbers get run.
We need someone who can build a pricing restructuring business case, audit discounting patterns to quantify revenue leakage, and size cross-sell opportunities across our portfolio, ideally all at the same time. If you're the person who builds the model and walks leadership through the "so what," this is for you.
Your position in our team
Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization: pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly inform leadership decisions
Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows — from data extraction and pattern recognition to scenario modeling — and continuously identify opportunities to make the commercial analytics function more efficient and scalable
Build and maintain pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion - including tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, willingness-to-pay analysis, and scenario modeling
Identify and size revenue levers: where we're underpricing, where discounting is leaking margin, where packaging changes or cross-sell motions could unlock growth
Develop standalone business cases for new commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing changes
Partner with Sales on deal structuring, segment profitability, and win/loss analysis; with Marketing on CAC, campaign ROI, and channel economics; with Product on packaging and monetisation strategy
Translate complex commercial analysis into concrete, actionable proposals for senior management — structuring narratives that connect the data to strategic decisions on pricing, packaging, and revenue growth
Build repeatable analytical frameworks, templates, and AI-assisted models so the GTM team doesn't start from scratch every time a pricing or sizing question comes up
Navigate a messy data environment, pull from multiple tools and sources, build your own views, and don't wait for a perfect dashboard to deliver insight
Your profile
5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with a strong analytical focus
Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from a blank page
Experience with pricing and packaging work: scenario modeling, elasticity thinking, competitive benchmarking, margin analysis
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI-powered analytics platforms) to speed up research, data analysis, or business case development — you don’t just know about AI, you actively use it in your workflow
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership - you can build a clean deck and walk a room through your reasoning, but your primary strength is in the numbers
Proficient with modern analytical tools — spreadsheets, SQL, BI platforms, and AI-powered tools — with the ability to pull, clean, and synthesize data from multiple imperfect sources to drive insight
Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments businesses - you intuitively understand ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV dynamics
Fluent English (C1+)
Ability to juggle multiple commercial workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or depth
Experience in B2B SaaS ERP, fitness technology, or financial services
Familiarity with CRM and pipeline analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience working across multiple product lines or a house-of-brands structure
Background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or boutique strategy firms)
Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments where commercial rigor directly impacts valuation
Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows, automations, or self-serve analytics tools for commercial teams
