ABOUT THE ROLE 

Reporting to a Lead team member, the Senior Executive Assistant may support other leaders of the respective leadership team. This role will guide day-to-day operations and provide administrative and programmatic support making time, information and decision processes more effective. The person in this role will be a trusted partner and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

  • Ensure the executive’s time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging expert prioritization strategies 
  • Manage the calendars of each executive with a high level of detail, using a collaborative process for eliminating conflicts and prioritizing the most critical engagements 
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of Peloton 
  • Increase the bandwidth of the executives by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities, creating an extra layer of accountability 
  • Organize meetings and town halls, including booking conference room space, ordering catering, organizing agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the availability of attendees
  • Take and distribute clear and comprehensive notes in all meetings; proactively delegate and schedule follow ups from meetings and direction from the executive 
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements to key stakeholders on behalf of the executive 
  • Manage the Function’s calendar and socialize with cross functional partners
  • Prepare expense reports, execution of contingent worker contracts, vendor invoicing paperwork, and purchase requisitions, including monthly expense reconciliation and on-demand expense reports 
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements ensuring tight schedules and well-articulated itineraries 
  • Foster an inclusive culture through coordinating Function-wide activities 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar role 
  • Highly organized and thoughtful with strong customer service skills 
  • Strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed
  • Diligent, self-starter who uses emotional and cultural intelligence to intuit needs
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Ability to function well in a dynamic environment 
  • Must be highly competent with a range of modern communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • NYC; in office 3 days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$88,600$115,200 USD
