Reporting to the Group Risk and Audit Director, you will be bringing best practice experience in managing audits and investigations. As a senior Internal Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to Superbet by providing insight and challenge to the effectiveness of the risk, governance and control environment, across the Group.

Responsibilities:

Management and delivery of key financial and operational audits
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement(s)
Promote sound internal controls within the organisation
Collaborate with management to develop appropriate action plans and monitor progress
Take ownership of the development, implementation and maintenance of internal audit methodologies to best practice standards
Utilise data analytics and AI tools where possible, to support audit and investigation report findings and recommendations
Take the lead regarding investigations of suspected fraudulent activities within the organisation, preparing reports and recommending appropriate action(s)
Promote the group Whistleblowing Policy to support responsible gaming and to deter internal and external criminal threats
Develop best-in-class investigation procedures, including fraud prevention policies and procedures
Develop strong relationships within the Superbet Group, across each territory, at Management and Board level
Collaborate with relevant agencies and legal departments when necessary

We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of 10 years auditing and/or investigation experience
Professional qualification in audit (ACA,CIA) and/or investigations (APCIP/CIPFA)
A critical thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
An organised individual who can manage multiple priorities at once
An inquisitive mind and one that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Pragmatism in their approach with the ability to successfully resolve difficult issues and gain buy-in from stakeholders
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Please note you may be required to travel to various offices across Europe and to work in their London office as required.
