The FIFA World Cup 26™ will mark the first time that the tournament features 48 teams and will be hosted by three countries: Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Reporting organisationally to the Head of Dressing & Signage, the Senior Manager, Dressing & Signage will be a key member of the FIFA26 Operations team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key individuals responsible for delivering the Dressing and Signage project for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Senior Manager, Dressing & Signage for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include: Contribute to the delivery of a world class dressing and signage project for all target groups attending matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026To act as the key day-to-day focal point and support for the Dressing and Signage team and ensure tasks, deliverables and deadlines are carried out and met to the highest standard by the team.Support the Head of Department in strategic planning for the project and providing regular creative and innovative input.Contributing to management meetings, workshops and seminars and attending where required.Budget oversight in collaboration with Head of Department to ensure financial limits are adhered to and that budget is maximised across the project.Participating in the creative design process from conceptual ideas through to final artwork delivery.Tracking all internal and external deadlines, risks, issues and project milestones and communicating these to the team accordingly.Managing the recruitment of Dressing and Signage project team in collaboration with the Head of Department.Lead on internal team meetings and organising ad-hoc meetings when necessary.Attending domestic and international site visits, meetings, and events as and when required.Ensuring the needs of internal FIFA functional areas are captured and delivered against.Relaying the needs of the Dressing and Signage team to relevant FIFA functional areas when required.Contribution to project management and knowledge management initiatives including event debriefs, and knowledge capture and documentation activities.Contribute to the planning and delivery of official and non-official test events.

Our requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate subject (or adequate training/vocational education).Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines.Solution oriented.Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.Positive attitude, patience and persistence.Ability to prioritize and handle large workload efficiently at peak times.Ability to work under pressure and stress.Sound judgement and prioritization of tasks.International, cross-cultural work experiences preferred. Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.Minimum 6 years of management experience in dressing and signage projectsTangible experience in delivering dressing or signage projects for events of a similar scale to FIFA World Cup 2026 (e.g. previous FIFA World Cups, Olympic Games etc.).An understanding of the technical aspects of delivering dressing and signage projects (i.e. production methods, installation techniques, materials etc.)  Budget management experience on complex and multi-faceted projects.Experience in managing providers of services including contractual oversight and budget control.Knowledge of event planning, requirements, and event project management processes for large sporting events.Experience in the development and integration of operational plans.Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plusProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
