Reporting organisationally to the Head of Fan Operations, the Senior Manager, Fan Services will be a key member of the FIFA26 Operations team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key individuals responsible for delivering the successful implementation of the Fan Services sub project within the overall Fan Operations project, mainly focusing on the 16 World Cup Stadiums and coordination with the 16 Host Cities. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Senior Manager, Fan Services for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include: Ensure delivery of world class services for all fans attending matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026To establish a baseline of key service delivery, identify gaps in current deliveries and implement tournament wide solutions where a gap exists. Coordination of the Last Mile project at all stadiums and advise Host Cities on best practice for other venues and locations as needed.Coordination of the stadium incumbent fan services teams and assist in inclusion and awareness training and delivery.Coordination and management of fan services delivery within each FIFA26 cluster team.Responsible for the design, ordering and alignment of all required assets and collateral needed within each stadium.Contribution to workshops, seminars, and meetings.Management of volunteer recruitment, training and managementContribution to project management and knowledge management initiatives including event debriefs, and knowledge capture and documentation activities.Contribute to the planning and delivery of official and non-official test events.Contributor to other key projects within the Fan Operations team.

Our requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate subject (or adequate training/vocational education).Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines.Solution oriented.Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.Positive attitude, patience and persistence.Ability to prioritize and handle large workload efficiently at peak times.Ability to work under pressure and stress.Sound judgement and prioritization of tasks.International, cross-cultural work experiences preferred. Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.Minimum 6 years of management experience in fan or spectator services and last mile operations for professional sports clubs and/or in the organization of major sporting events.Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably international sports events.Knowledge of event planning and event project management processes.Experience in the development and integration of operational plans.Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plusProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
