Reporting organisationally to the Head of Hospitality Operations, the Senior Manager, Hospitality Stakeholder Services will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing & Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key individuals responsible for delivering overall management of hospitality stakeholder servicing across the three host countries, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience to FIFA's Affiliates and their guests throughout the tournament. Further, this role will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including the operational management and delivery of FIFA's Affiliate Hospitality Programme in accordance with contractual obligations, as well as ensuring the servicing of key stakeholders (such as Sponsors, Broadcasters, Licensees, Member Associations, Host Cities, and others as identified by FIFA) to the highest standards. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Senior Manager, Hospitality Stakeholder Operations for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include: Lead and oversee the execution of the Affiliates hospitality programme across multiple stadiums for the FIFA World Cup 2026.In close collaboration with FIFA Zurich, plan and execute FIFA Affiliates' hospitality activations, ensuring their requirements are met and delivering on sponsorship and other contractual obligations.Monitor and ensure FIFA's Affiliates contractual rights are delivered and observed across the implementation of the entire Hospitality Programme.In close collaboration with FIFA Zurich and the Official Hospitality Partner, ensures contractual hospitality allocation planning, delivery, and fulfilment.Ensures operational readiness & delivery of the Commercial Affiliates Hospitality programme, across all venues, validating maps & plans, drawings, staffing plans and coordinating all operational communication with FIFA's Commercial Affiliates and their agencies.Manage a team of coordinators responsible for the on-the ground execution of the affiliates hospitality programme across all 3 host countries.Develop and implement comprehensive affiliates hospitality venue operations plans and strategies that align with the tournament's objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with and between stakeholders, including FIFA, the Official Hospitality Partner, FIFA's Affiliates, and other relevant parties.Manage cross-divisional communication and service level agreements for the implementation of on-site affiliates hospitality requirements and services, ensuring deliveries to the highest standards and in respect to contractual obligations.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on affiliates hospitality operations, including performance metrics and recommendations for future events.Organize and attends Affiliates' Hospitality-specific site visits and workshops.Coordinate Affiliates branding permits and approvals.Responsible for hospitality parking allocation, requests, and fulfilment for FIFA's Affiliates.Monitors and ensures the implementation of clean site obligations in Hospitality areas in close collaboration with FIFA's rights delivery team and the Official Hospitality Partner.

Our requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or similar level of education in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, etc.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in hospitality sponsorship management, preferably for major sports eventsProven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, events and venues simultaneouslyProven experience with event hospitality and ticketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsImpeccable customer-service attitude, even when under pressureAbility to lead, manage, and motivate a teamProven project management experienceInternational business profile is a mustFluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plusProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
