The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $251,700.00 in our highest geographic market. You will have a strong alliance with NIKE’s Sustainability leadership driving Converse's mandatory and voluntary reporting and disclosure strategy and compliance efforts to drive sustainability, transparency and ethical governance. This role involves aligning efforts with overall NIKE strategy and process from upstream sustainability to downstream partner compliance, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance, driving disclosure best practices, and fostering transparency. You will own key sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives, reporting of progress and embedding compliance into everyday business processes—not running side programs. Success in this role requires strong systems fluency, sound judgment, and the ability to influence cross‑functionally while holding partners accountable.

You will lead and develop a team, drive clarity and rigor across onboarding, compliance, sustainable product initiatives, and ensure system integrity across enterprise platforms. This is a governance, risk, and process‑design leadership role that protects the brand and strengthens partner relationships at scale.
