We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Senior Pipeline TD to join our team and help build the rigging systems used in the production process of our games. This role focuses on creating robust, user-friendly rigging tools and integrating them with our existing pipelines, including Unreal Engine 5.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain in-house rigging solutions, and support other systems as needed.
• Collaborate with the team currently developing our rigging infrastructure.
• Work closely with animators to ensure rigs are intuitive, responsive, and performance-driven.
• Partner with the rigging department to ensure tools meet technical and user experience needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and iterate rapidly to improve tools.
• Document tools, workflows, and best practices for long-term sustainability.
• Optimize rigs for runtime performance and seamless integration with Unreal Engine animation systems.
