Job Description

BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change. This role is a core extension of the Executive Creative Producer — operating as a hybrid creative operations partner and post-production lead for performance marketing. This person keeps the engine running behind our paid creative pipeline: managing deliverables, wrangling assets, prepping edits, routing for approvals, and ensuring every creative concept is built correctly for channel spec and performance. They also roll up their sleeves to execute editing, alt hook variations, CTA swaps, versioning, and design conforms when needed. They understand the strategy behind what we make — not just how to execute it — and can give smart preliminary creative notes, help identify strong hooks, and spot what’s working across paid. This role enables scale and speed — proactively anticipating needs, protecting creative time, and ensuring we’re always moving toward high-performing, launch-ready creative.

Key Responsibilities Manage creative projects from kickoff to delivery across video, static, motion, and iterative testing versions Maintain and organize our post/server asset library — prioritize, find, track, and prep assets for new campaigns Review briefs and tickets to ensure requests have all required information before creative begins work Project manage and delegate tasks between editors, designers, agencies, and freelancers — ensuring resources are assigned appropriately, timelines are realistic, and creative deliverables are being worked toward on schedule Project manage the copywriting workflow — coordinating with writers to ensure ad copy integration is aligned with visual assets, testing needs, and channel-specific requirements Prep editing projects for editors and execute editing (Adobe Premiere) and design conforms (Photoshop/Illustrator) as needed — including alt hooks, alt CTAs, and variations for testing Perform QC across all final deliverables prior to handoff — confirming file integrity, accuracy, copy correctness, audio levels, disclaimers, aspect ratio, and channel spec compliance before delivery Manage and track routing through legal review, consolidate feedback, and distribute actionable next steps Keep a pulse on what’s performing in paid (hooks, offers, formats, themes) and surface ideas to the Executive Creative Producer Give initial creative notes and help QC cuts when the Executive Creative Producer is unavailable Source, organize, and tag new music options for ads (APM and other music libraries) Stay up to date on AI tools that can create efficiencies in post, asset prep, versioning, or creative iteration Support management of agency partners and freelance resources — keep workstreams unblocked when the Executive Creative Producer is OOO Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in creative production, creative operations, or post-production (agency or in-house marketing) Proven experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google PMAX, and programmatic ad specs and deliverables Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator required; After Effects a plus) Experience with PM tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday, etc.) and organized production pipelines Able to think in terms of KPIs, allowable, efficiency, and performance outcomes — not just brand expression Highly organized, proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, solves problems early, and drives clarity Demonstrated strength in QC/QA — detail-obsessed with a track record of catching issues before delivery Familiarity with emerging AI creative/post tools (asset upscaling, alt copy generation, voice or text swaps, etc.) and curiosity to integrate them into workflows for speed and efficiency Fitness category experience is a plus, but not required Education Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred (production, marketing, media) Beachbody, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship status, religion, creed, age, physical or mental disability, sex, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

We want you to feel safe to be the Whole You – your authentic self – without concern of discrimination, retaliation, or bias.
