BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change. We're looking for a Senior Vice President, Head of Growth to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our entire growth funnel—from user acquisition to retention and revenue. You’ll be responsible for re-building and scaling a cross-functional growth team and/or media agencies, running rapid experiments, and owning key business metrics that directly impact company success. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a media-savvy, data-driven, and execution-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Senior Vice President, Head of Growth, you will be responsible for identifying and optimizing the levers that drive scalable, repeatable, and sustainable growth in partnership with Marketing and Product.

You will align KPIs across marketing, product, and analytics, and continuously experiment to improve them.

You will think like a marketer, build like a developer, and test and assess results like an explorer – all with the goal of finding hyper-efficient, scalable business growth. Develop and own the growth strategy across the full funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) Subscriber Acquisition: Experiment with paid media, SEO, paid and organic social media, referral programs, traffic partnerships, influencer marketing, etc. Create viral loops, retargeting, and/or invite systems Retention & Engagement: Improve onboarding experience to generate immediate engagement; use behavioral data to trigger notifications or re-engagement campaigns Lead and scale a cross-functional growth team, including media placement, CRM, analytics, in partnership with Product and engineering Design, prioritize, and run growth experiments to improve key KPIs (e.g., CAC, activation rate, AOV/LTV, retention, referral/virality) Retention & Engagement: Improve onboarding experience to generate immediate engagement; use behavioral data to trigger notifications or re-engagement campaigns Own performance marketing strategy and budget across channels (e.g., paid social, SEM, SEO, LLMs, lifecycle, etc.) Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build growth loops, onboarding flows, and viral/referral features Data-Driven Experiments: Work with marketing to run rapid, iterative concept testing across sales channels; use analytics tools to measure what works and then scale Product-Led Growth: Suggest or design product features based on strongest CAC/LTV to drive hyper-efficient growth (e.g., RAF/sharing tools, gamification, freemium model) Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights and inform decisions to collaborate with Creative/Marketing; build dashboards to track growth KPIs Manage and optimize the customer lifecycle, including re-engagement, upsells, and retention strategies Report to the CEO on growth initiatives, performance, and forecasts Travel: 0% KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (startup or scale-up experience preferred) Strong understanding of full-funnel growth and customer acquisition strategies Deep knowledge of analytics tools (e.g.,Statlas, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, SQL a plus) Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, etc.) Familiarity with product-led growth tactics and A/B testing frameworks Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Highly analytical and comfortable making decisions with data Prior experience in digital subscriptions (Fitness, entertainment, and/or Gaming) Experience scaling multi-channel growth undefined 10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product, or analytics roles Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred WHY JOIN US? The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.
