Sport Alliance is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) who will take on a central steering function for comprehensive projects within the Marketing team but also across different teams and departments within Sport Alliance (Sales, R&D, Customer Success etc.).

The responsibilities of the role range from operational planning of marketing activities, leading large projects to planning and controlling of marketing project budgets, as well as driving operational efficiency by constantly improving processes in the team.

The Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) will report to and work very closely with the VP Marketing.

Please note that this position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for a period of 1 year.

Your position in our team

Leading complex projects from planning to execution and controlling in terms of scope, timing, KPIs, budget, resources and stakeholders

Strategic alignment & reporting of marketing activities (i.e. with OKR framework)

Support our VP of Marketing by maintaining and implementing budget planning and forecasting for marketing projects

Developing and optimizing processes to drive operational efficiency

Leading of direct reports

Actively support the team with your hands on mentality

Your profile

Experience as senior project marketing manager in corporate Marketing, digital marketing or in (online) advertising agency for at least 3 years

Proven track record in organizing and executing marketing projects, as well as solid experience in digital marketing

Experience with project planning tools like Asana, Confluence, etc.

Experience in the development and optimization of processes

Performance-orientation and the ability to keep track of complex tasks and ensure an optimal result even under time pressure

Experience in budget planning and reporting

High level of accountability, reliability & attention to detail

Team player: Be open for discussions, flexible and committed

Strong communication skills (in German as well as in English)

Experience in event management is a plus
